It turns out that Jamie Oliver offered to cater Meghan and Harry’s wedding back in May and was ultimately snubbed by the couple.
On Channel 4′s Sunday Brunch this week, Jamie said:
Jamie added, “That is a true story. I would have done it for free, you know. I like a bit of a moment.” Jamie Oliver’s loss was Antrim chef Clare Smyth’s gain, as Smyth (who won the title of World’s Best Female Chef 2018) was chosen to curate the menu and organise the cooking for the massive event. Hulk Hogan spent NYE partying with Dua Lipa for some reason.
On Twitter, the professional wrestler joked that he was starting off 2019 with a new job as Dua Lipa’s bodyguard, and uploaded a photograph from the New Year’s party at LIV in Miami.
There were plenty of other celebs at the function, apart from HH and Dua Lipa, including Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj, 2 Chainz and Jamie Fox. (NME)

Kanye West has (once again) been hinting that he wants to run for President of the United States.
Back in October, Kanye West announced that he was stepping back from politics after he felt he had been ‘used’ by certain people to spread messages that he didn’t believe in. However, this week Kanye kicked off 2019 with a tweet that simply read ’2024′.
Whoops!
We couldn't find this Tweet
Kanye first expressed his interest in running for US Presidency in 2015, at the VMAs where he said that he would be running in 2020, but in September 2018, he pushed the date back to 2024. Looks like we’re in for a long year.
And the rest of the day’s dirt…
